His work centers on ensuring that customer orders move through the factory in an organized way while maintaining practical control over production timing, process stability, and internal communication.

At Hynue, Evan coordinates production activities across plastic injection molding, hardware manufacturing, and related assembly or finishing preparation. He monitors production progress, works with workshop supervisors to address operational issues, and communicates closely with engineering and quality teams when adjustments are needed during manufacturing.

His responsibilities also include supporting production readiness before regular batch runs. This involves confirming that process requirements, tooling conditions, materials, inspection arrangements, and production schedules are properly coordinated before manufacturing proceeds.

- Plastic and metal component production coordination
- Production issue follow-up and internal resource adjustment
- Manufacturing efficiency and delivery progress management
